The state of Illinois is launching a drive to hearten residents to sign up for the All Kids health care program before the fresh school year begins.
Gov.Rod Blagojevich would be at the Chicago Children’s Museum Monday to kick off the statewide Back-to-School All Kids campaign.
The governor's office says more than 1,300 schools and 600 libraries would be part of the out-reach effort.
All Kids is intended to make health insurance accessible to all uninsured children in Illinois. The plan includes doctor visits, prescription drugs and vision and dental care.
